REAVET

REAVET Relax Liquid Tropfen für Katzen

Drops with L-tryptophan and vitamin B12. The label states the amount per litre: 500 mg of tryptophan, so at 1 ml a day the cat gets 0.5 mg, a fortieth of the reference amount.

Why there is no amount here: The trials, Bosch et al. 2009 and Kato et al. 2012, added tryptophan to the food rather than giving a daily amount per kg of body weight. On top of that, every complete food already has to contain tryptophan as a nutrient. A range here would measure whether a product is dosed like other products, not whether the amount does anything.
