Basis of the reference: Bierer & Bui 2002 (J Nutr 132:1634S, PubMed 12042477), randomisiert, doppelblind und kontrolliert über sechs Wochen. Die Spanne 25–50 mg/kg ist die übliche Dosierung für Grünlippmuschelpulver; der Volltext ist kostenpflichtig, wir konnten sie dort nicht nachlesen. Andere Quellen nennen 77 mg/kg als wirksame Menge und 25 mg/kg als wirkungslos. Die Metaanalyse von Barbeau-Grégoire et al. 2022 fand dagegen keinen Zusammenhang zwischen Dosis und Wirkung, ordnet Grünlippmuschel aber der wirksamen Omega-3-Gruppe zu (d = 1,19). Die Menge bleibt damit unbestätigt, die Wirkrichtung ist belegt.
